Your sales collateral, brought to life.

A resource you can use before your next customer conversation

We've used AI to help turn the product information you already use into a resource you can explore, practise with and return to before your next customer conversation.

The supplied FY26 Online Search Solutions material now sits inside 5 learning modules, with 11 product guides, 10 recommendation scenarios and 20 assessment questions.

Three simple actions

Bring the marketing work into the conversation

These examples help connect current marketing activity to the Academy's product guidance. They are conversation starters, not new product claims or evidence of advertiser return.

Marketing exampleWhat a rep can discussDiscovery question
AC and eye-care category campaignsHelp a business think about the services customers use to find it, then use the profile guide to assess fit.“Which services do you most want local customers to find?”
Caribbean events and useful editorialExplain how helpful local information can introduce audiences to relevant services. Use the Sponsored Article guide when the customer needs a fuller story.“What expertise or story would help a customer understand your business?”
Brand and stop-motion contentStart with visibility, then explain the difference between homepage prominence and search-result placements.“Do you need broader awareness, visibility during a search, or both?”

What Ask Yello does

Ask Yello is a guided sales assistant for product discovery. It asks for customer needs, compares them with the documented product options and gives a recommendation or asks for clarification when the information is not enough.

The Academy itself is the AI-assisted learning resource. Its product guides, scenarios and practice questions do not all generate AI responses.

Use this in your next conversation

Open the Academy before a customer meeting. Learn the product differences, practise one recommendation and use the discovery questions to keep the conversation focused on the customer's needs.

Pilot and rollout notes

The Academy is ready for supervised use. Progress is stored in each learner's browser, so central completion reporting and verified team pass rates are not yet available. The course pack was last reviewed on 11 August. Product and policy wording should be confirmed with the product owner before wider rollout.
